Employment: Tell me about your
job, how long employed, how you're paid (hourly, salary, bonus or commission),
any circumstances I need to know to help you qualify.
Credit: Tell me about your
bills. Average monthly out-go for revolving, child support, car payments,
boats, etc. How long before they are paid? Have you had a bankruptcy or other issues that need special attention? Briefly explain any or all of these questions.
Down Payment: Tell me how much
you can invest. What is the source of your funds?
Payment: Tell me what your
comfort level is with your anticipated new home payment. Please include
the total for taxes and insurance.
Loan Type: Tell me, do you
